PaulNet Communications has awarded the top three finalists in the Fundamentals of Web Design contest at the Business Professionals of America (BPA) National Leadership Conference (NLC) in Anaheim, California. The contests offered through BPA are academically rigorous and industry verified. This contest emphasizes the importance of knowing both industry-standard web design practices but also well-formed XHTML and CSS code.
