Aliases
Create a virtual e-mail account that automatically forwards the mail to that address to another user.
Contacts
Just like the Rolodex version, these are litte "cards" for you to store information such as names, phone numbers, e-mail address about people in your own personal address book.
Distribution Lists
These are groups that allow you to send an e-mail to many people by just sending an e-mail to just one address.
Public Folders
These allow you to upload documents or files into a shared location on the server to all users to access. Public Folders can also serve as discussion boards.
Outlook Web Access (OWA)
OWA allows you to replicate the Outlook client on the web. This is great for users who are away from their computers or users who do not use the Outlook client.
Outlook Mobile Access (OMA)
This allows any WAP browser enabled cell phone to access a user's mail.
RPC over HTTP(s)
This is the way that the Outlook client is able to connect to the server. RPC over HTTP(s) means that a VPN connection is not required for users to be able to access their mail.
Company Global Address List
This is company-wide listing of all the users, distribution lists, and external contacts for use by all company users.
